Suggestion: Windows Integration upon Start

I realize that many users prefer to keep the programs entirely separate from their OS, but there are a lot of programs in PA now that would benefit from portableapps allowing (a limited) windows integration.

I'd like to be able to use the 'add to context menu' features in a program or set a filetype to automatically open with a certain program with ease. Programs like Winmerge, 7zip, vlc, etc. come to mind.

I think one way this could be done(optional of course), is for the start.exe to load whatever it needs to into windows when it starts, and then clear it when portableapps is exited.

file associations

You can do file associations now using either. eXpresso or Portable Fila Associations. It'll be right in the platform shortly. The explorer context menu is trickier as it requires restarting explorer (all windows and the task bar) so that is less likely.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
