Ok. Basic description
No personal picture, i know this has been mentioned
but seccondly
Whenever i start up the portable apps platform, it gives me the error of
The file being read is not a valid "Portable Network Graphics" image because it contains an invalid header. This file may be corrupted, try obtaining it again
It gives me no directory, and no other information
Any help for this??

Try reinstalling the PortableApps.com Platform and give it another go.
This is probably a Delphi error when openning a corrupt theme file. As Pyromaniac stated, a reinstall should fix it.
I already have tried that. It has failed me so far.

Once i do try messing with too many of the settings, it starts to tell me there are read errors at some obscure line number and whatnot.
