At this moment the Search for Online Update option is activated, but LibreOfficePortable should be updated by PortableApss, or am I wrong? I wonder if it would be possible and be more comfortable if the Online Update option would be disabled by default in LibreOfficePortable?
Or if it is possible to redirect it to a portableapps-Server?

The online update is not fully functional yet (it only informs you that updates are available), so it can't make any "damage" on its own.
Still, getting the message that LibreOffice is updated may be misleading for users of portable version, so I do agree with you that it would be very good if the option could be disabled by default.
