If a program is called "Lilina" for example (;)), it's easy to find but if it is something like hotkeys, that would be almost impossible.

I googled for it, but after 3 pages of "usefull tutorials on windows' hotkeys" i gave up.:?:D

like a good idea, you could also scan for the html tags in the input box and if there wasn't an 'a' tag, prompt them with a message box.

I believe he is talking about this software -- qliner hotkeys. If you do want hotkeys, though, you could always run AutoHotKey on your flash drive.
