Hi,
I am kinda confused with name of the app - Installer (PA.c Installer).
I mean, what does it install?
Based on the description I understand that it is more like a "packager" rather than "installer":
"..Installer allows you to quickly package your portable apps.."

This utility would be more correctly named:
PortableApps.com Installer Creator
or
PortableApps.com Installer Packager
or
PortableApps.com Installerator
because it does just what you think. It takes an app that is ready for distribution, and creates an installer (*.paf.exe) file out of it.
I made this half-pony, half-monkey monster to please you.
You know when you manually download an app from the site, they all have the same icons and when you open it, the wizards are all the same?
Well, when a portable is made to follow PortableApps.com Format (as are all the official apps) we use the PortableApps.com Installer to package the apps into a single *.paf.exe file that you can use to install your portable apps.
Want to see it in action? Try using it and select one of your portable apps (e.g. the GIMPPortable folder) and when it's done, you'll see an installer that can install GIMP wherever you want (though you should stick with the official installers).
