A cloud scanner alert "A malicious item has been detected!" has started popping up after my last application update and pointing at a gimpportable sub-file.

Location: G:\PortableApps\GIMPPortable\App\gimp\lib\gimp\2.0\python\_gimpenums.pyd.debug
What is the best way of getting rid of the pop-up alert? I ran a scan with SuperAntiSpyware and the drive was clean so I don't believe there is a real problem. I tried hitting the ignore button in the alert window and was given the following(Ignore) choices:
"Once"
"Add to Trusted Files"
"Report this to COMODO as a False Alert"
"Add to Exclusions" (this item greyed-out)
Has any one else had this happen? I tried "Add to Trusted Files" and still got the alert window. Do I delete the problem file? I don't use python scripts in gimp. Will the same file be reinstalled in the next gimpportable app update? I will try "Add to Trusted Files" again and see what happens. Thanks for listening to a first time poster.
