Ive not had consistent luck w/ Texter Portable. I'm trying an alternative PhraseExpress which provides its own portabilized version. Unfortunately to instantiate the portable aspect of it, they implemented it to use an argument/parameter
-portable
So to create a batch/shortcut could work but the Portable Apps menu does not recognize this. Is there a way to get this to work as such?

Do a search for it there was a version that had it's own online installer, although outdated it has the launcher and file structure for phrase express in it. kAlug was developing it, and may return to develop it.

I have found the ini file in my user profile and changed the phrase path to my dropbox/portableapps.com folder, but yeah if I could get it holistically confined like my other portable apps, I'd be happier
installer if you double unzip it it will give you the format to put it in PA format
