Can anyone make a portable version of Tunnelblick to run from a USB?

"Tunnelblick is a free, open source graphic user interface for OpenVPN on Mac OS X. It provides easy control of OpenVPN client and/or server connections."
It works great installed on my Mac to access my Windows machine running an OpenVPN server from anywhere. But I want to have an encrypted flash drive with multiple partitions — one for Mac, one for Windows (both encrypted and password protected) and one of open unencrypted storage space for easy access to store general files. I want to install the Portable Apps version of OpenVPN client (already exists and works great) on the Windows partition and a Portable Apps version of Tunnelblick on the Mac partition. My goal is to have on USB I can carry and whatever machine I use (Mac or Windows), I can plug the stick in and securely remote into my OpenVPN server without having to install anything on the client machine. I'm half-way there with the portable OpenVPN, but I need a portable person of Tunnelblick to finish the project. The remained of the space on the drive I want to keep unencrypted and just use for file storage.
PortableApps.com only deals with Windows apps. You will have to look elsewhere for help trying to make a Mac app portable.
other issues, to have some kind of multiple partitions and they should be encrypted and should work on ANY computer you come to might remain a dream only, as this can not be accomplished anyway. And windows will use one partition on a usb stick anyway, regardless how much you encrypt all.
