When I finally extract the very latest .paf file for the version 11.3.300.257 and when I check the file version for NPSWF32.dll it says 11.2.202.235.
Surely it should be showing the later version as per it's description on portable apps?
Is this an error?

The package you are referring to is an illegal package using flash itself as well as the portableapps.com installer in an illegal fashion. As such, we do not support it or permit discussion of it here. There is also a good chance it could include malware so you should scan your system asap.

No problem, I was unaware of that. I thought that the material found on PortableAppz and this forum were injunction, my apologies.
I was trying to find out who to inform that there was an issue with something on the file, and I thought it was okay to ask on here, but you have explained.
