Portable Apps on Cloud

Had a search on how to put all my apps from my flash drive to a cloud drive. The cloud services that I have tried do not allow you to upload folders, so in theory I could create folders and rename them to the correct folder names and upload the individual files. Not gonna do that...Has anyone got their PortableApp.com platform working on a cloud service so that it works as if you got your flash drive plugged in to the machine? And how did you do it? which service did you use?
Many Thanks..

can not work

all this can not work, it is some kind of urban story going on and on and people are trying this and that, but this is simply not possible as any program for your computer has to run on your computer. There is no operating system accessible on any storage cloud system and therefore no programs can run on it.

All programs inclusive all components needed have to be downloaded first to your local system and run there.

So think about it and you will find that you are asking something impossible.

Works fine for me - using Dropbox

But then it hardly counts as being "portable" in the normal fashion because rather than leaving *nothing* on your computer when you walk away, it ends up duplicating *everything* (all your folders, files, settings, cache, etc) to *all* the computers that you have installed Dropbox on!

But I find it just great. I never have to worry about losing my flash drive or leaving it at home or at work. Any new app that you added to your portable apps collection, together with its settings and files etc, are all there ready on all your computers in just the state you left them when you walked away from the last computer you used.

I found that Dropbox's free 2GB was not enough, and since I had a little Synology NAS which they now have a "CloudStation" app for, I now have a 2TB cloud service available for my portable apps! (Of course I need 2TB on each of my computers to keep the local working copy)
