Thunderbird does not recognize my profile

Hi, after using TBird for almost 3 years without major issues, and TB 13 since its release, yesterday it no longer linked to my profile, perhaps due to an eject problem in its host flash drive.

I copied all PA folder to another reliable flash, and TB loads but ask me for a new mail account. It displays a blank page, without my former folders and no account settings at all.

I have an outdated copy of PA in a third flash and I made a comparison with both using WinMerge, but I didn't find a profile folder.

Since I have several mail accounts, mainly webmail ones, it would be a lot of work to rebuild its settings by hand, not to mention the possibility of not linking to old msg folders.

Does anyone have a clue on how to recover?

In time: Windows Explorer shows the following folders in TB_Portable tree:
\App (\AppInfo, \Bin, \DefaultData, \Thunderbird)
\Data(\profile, \plugins, \settings)
\Other

Under \Data\profile there are:
(\Cache, \extensions, \ImapMail, \Mail, \News, \OfflineCache, \startupCache, \WebmailData)
