Use Free YouTube to MP3 Converter to download mp3 from all possible YouTube videos. This YouTube mp3 converter extracts audio from single YouTube videos as well as whole collections (see detail to web site).
Output file formats: *.mp3, *.m4a, *.aac, *.wav, *.wma, *.ogg, *.flac, *.ape. The files are saved to the folder Music and they retain the name of the source video.

Free YouTube to MP3 Converter
You need to mention licensing, having said that I think that's just a standard freeware license.
Hi,
license of "Free YouTube to MP3 Converter" is freeware.
Please reed the "Terms of use" at this link: http://dvdvideosoft.com/terms_of_use.htm
Free License
DVDVideoSoft software is free for personal, educational (including non-profit organization) and commercial use. In these cases, you are granted the right to use and to make an unlimited number of copies of this software.
Please note that this software require .NET Framework 2.0 SP2.
How about this website? It's fast and easy, but it doesn't include the artwork and stuff, but I don't think it's that big an issue.
