Downloads not directing correctly
John,
For some reason the download links, both in the updater, and from the homepage, don't link to the file, but rather to the main project files directory on SF. The file IS available for download by manually going into the directory and selecting it, so I don't think it's a matter of the file being mirrored.
At a guess, I'd guess it's due to the updater/download button linking to LightscreenPortable_1.01_Rev_2.paf.exe, when the filename on SF is LightScreenPortable_1.01_Rev_2.paf.exe
At least, that's the only thing that I could see causing the problem.
Updated
I've updated the download and MD5. It'll take 15 minutes or so to propogate. Thanks for the catch.
Oh, I wound up rebuilding the PAL file. Yours was crashing for me for some reason (I think working directory and switching languages) so I did it from scratch.
No problem
No worries.
I see you didn't include disabling of the updater, or the startup options in the launcher. Was that intentional, or just missed in the rewrite?
Standard
It's the way 1.01 was and nothing seemed changed in your build. Not sure what you mean.
See launcher
The launcher I'd written is here, I'm referring to FileWrites 4-6
Not What You Sent
The 7z package of LightScreen Portable you emailed me only had a FileWrite1 and 2. I don't think you ever sent me what you just posted here.
My apologies
I built an update, including those file writes & a rewrite of the pre-pal cleanup, could've sworn I sent it to you, but apparently did not do so.
