KeePass: Importing a file into Keypass is not possible

v 1.23
Is there a newer version?

All importing options are grayed out.
how does one import a txt,csv or even a splash ID file?

Create Database First

You need to first create a database with a secure password protecting the thing and then you import passwords from CSV or TXT files into that. It doesn't have the ability to import Splash ID directly but there are some scripts to convert into a recognizable format on the plugins page: http://keepass.info/plugins.html

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
