Is there any way to manually configure the PA.c updater to work independent of MSIE settings (pushed via network policy) behind an ISA firewall? I'm able to use the Firefox portable app by manually clearing the proxy settings and Chrome portable by using the --no-proxy-server argument.
Now when I attempt to run the updater I get an error:
Unable to connect to PortableApps.com to retrieve portable apps. Please try again later. [InvalidFilePossibleNoConnectionOrFirewall]

I am looking for this too. Some posts indicate it is possible by manually entering it in an ini file, but I can not find the actual instructions.
