Updated today to ?FF15. Unable to load FF at all

I auto-updated to Portable FF 15 via the portable apps platform. However, since the upload, I keep getting this message:
Error: Platform version 14.01 is not compatible with
minVersion >=15.0
maxVersion

Extension / Corruption

The platform referenced isn't the PA.c Platform, it's within Firefox. This can happen when an extension or your profile is misbehaving. I'd suggest reinstalling. If that doesn't fix it, start in safe mode and track down which extension.

Thanks for the advice John.
I will reinstall. However, would all my bookmarks etc. be lost as well?
Thanks in advance.
P.S. Deleted all plugins one at a time to find the offender. None allowed FF15 to launch.
Did find the bit about portable bookmarks, so that is easy to save. However, I have also got passwords saved in FF which I don't want to lose.

Reinstall

Reinstall means reinstalling over the current copy. Same thing that happens during an upgrade except you are upgrading 15 to 15. So all your settings and extensions are preserved. I'd worry more about extensions than plugins btw.
