In the last weeks I have dealt with the app PhotoFiltre intensely. Especially in a german Forum PhotoFiltre Support.de Guide is described by the moderator Shadowdance an amazing variety of possibilities for working with plugins for PhotoFiltre. The same moderator has also explained in other posts the unimagined variants for editing pictures. Personally I am therefore convinced, that PhotoFiltre is next to GIMP one of the most professional image editing software, which is available in the freeware sector.
I have therefore decided to test some of the plugins for PhotoFiltre for their portability. As first attempt I have chosen the plugin "Histogram editor". Indeed is this plugin completely portable. Accordingly I have created a *.paf installer file for this plugin. Here are the download link: Histogram_1.5.paf.exe.
Another possibility would be to offer a complete set of Plugins in one *.paf installer file. In the above mentioned german forum I found an appropriate download link, whereby the user can download the complete set of currently available plugins for PhotoFiltre. Regarding the portability is it in a first step necessary to check every plugin.

How large would a pack of all the plugins be? If it's not too big, it would probably be easier to maintain as a package. It would probably be easier to test installing all the plugins into PhotoFiltre Portable and then regshot and run every single one of them. As we'll be adding any necessary portablization to the launcher for all of them, we don't really care which plugin does what or which one left what behind, we just care about the whole thing and making sure we get everything.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
Currently exist 35 plugins for PhotoFiltre 7.0.1, which have a size of altogether 21,5 MB. That's surely not too big. Indeed it is the best idea, that the complete package of all plugins should be checked regarding the feature of portability.
In the meantime I have tested 16 of 35 available plugins for PhotoFiltre 7.0.1 on portability. Here is the list of my tested plugins:
Soon I will check the rest of plugins. Only with the plugin "Screen Capture" I have problems, because this plugin does not work correctly on my computer (Windows XP SP3).
