PA doesn't start when I plug usb thumb drive into PC. Windows dialog comes up asking if I want options like start WM, open folder, etc. BUT NO PA in task tray.
Any ideas? I have the OPTIONS set correctly in PA application.

You have to run Start.exe if the root of your drive. Microsoft disabled the ability for USB devices to show an option in the AutoPlay dialog box on XP and Vista quite some time ago (and it's never existed for Windows 7 or 8 ).
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
