I've installed Firefox Portable -latest version on my USB stick, and I've had to manually install all my extesions again. But no matter how many times I restart Firefox, remove the drive, etc. the extensions always say "restart firefox to complete installation." Can anyone help me get them to work properly? I'd be very grateful!

It could be that Firefox isn't closing. FF2 is a bit buggy on closing and can get stuck running. Close all your windows and then check your task manager to be sure firefox.exe isn't still running.
It could also be corruption in the profile. See this topic for more details. Usually, you need exit FF completely and delete extensions.ini, extensions.cache, extensions.rdf from your profile directory (FirefoxPortable\Data\profile).
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
