I've read at https://www.libreoffice.org/download/portable/ :
An experimental option during installation allows you to remove extra language templates, dictionaries, etc. but may require launching LibreOffice twice on first run to complete the process.
Is this in the NORMAL download or the ALL (languages) Download. I only need US English language, no other languages.

It's in both. They ALL one just has a larger install size when you install everything since it includes more languages.
