Firefox now stores page thumbnails as pictures

THe firefox app page states that the preview pictures in the new tab are blank due to the disabled disc cache in Firefox portable. Since version 16, those pictures are stored as jpegs in the profile folder and thus appear even if the disk cache is disabled.

@John: Please change the page.

Didn't know about that. Thanks for the heads-up. It's been changed.

no

It does work correctly now. It didnt work with version 15.0. and earlier (as stated on the app page) due to the fact that disc cache was disabled.
