Hi Guys,
According to the official Skype site (& release notes)- current build of Skype for Windows is 6.0.0.120
So, how come the portable is .125?

That's a typo on this page. It'll be fixed soon.

Now that I have actually tested the new version, I am not sure what the issue is.

When I hit Enter a text message gets sent, exactly as it has always done (for me).

Shift/Enter inserts a line break into the message without sending it. I wish I had been aware of that protocol heretofore, but it is certainly nice to know it exists now.

That's the problem, in earlier version it was possible to choose "Ctrl+Enter" for sending and "Enter" for new line, the mapping which is used almost everywhere, but not in Skype 6 for some reason

I don't think Skype's portable mode switch allows it.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
