utilities sub category

The "Other" category in the utilities section is getting pretty large so I thought why not add a "system utilities" section or somthing the like with system utilities and cleaners:

    SIW (System Information for Windows) Portable (Freeware) - software/hardware info

    UUID-GUID Generator Portable - generate unique identifiers
    Windows Error Lookup Tool Portable (Freeware) - find windows error code details
    Wise Registry Cleaner Portable (Freeware) - registry cleaner and optimizer
