I guess I wasn't specific

I guess I wasn't specific enough about the question.
First of all I am not the administrator. Secondly I want to view sites freely. If the administrator chooses to find my terminal I'm sure they can take control of the desktop from another terminal.
Is there any way if detecting the websites being seen if there not looking for a anonymous surfer?

Of course

If you're talking about a company or a school, they can monitor the whole network and see everything you do.

It all depends

It all depends on how private you want things. None of the apps here leave any personal data on the local PC. All your stuff is self-contained. (Otherwise, it wouldn't be a portable). But, a network admin can watch everything going over the wire. You could use an anonymous proxy, but those can be blocked... and their use can get you into trouble in certain environments. It all depends on the level of privacy you need.

I only thought this device

I only thought this device could block the system.
I've known of an employee who surfs without the apps program and the company issued a memo for all.'NO surfing'But I figured they tracked the terminals temp files and cookies because there aren't any administrators working in the middle of the night.

Nothing can

Nothing can prevent them from being able to monitor their own network. Remember, the network is independent of the PC. Like I said, you can use anonymous proxies... but something like that would probably get you fired.
