[Fixed] Web page not updated

The auto-update feature of the platform works as expected.
However the manual download page https://portableapps.com/apps/graphics_pictures/pencil-project-portable .
Still lists and points to an older version.

Looks like the date and MD5 were updated but the download button was not. I've fixed it. Sorry for the oversight.
