i installed firefox portable to install flash player , but its not showing up in my portableapps menu after i install it.
It says 'installed succesfully' and that i can access it from the portable apps menu but its not there??
does anyone know why and how i can fix it? thanks a lot

What is the path you installed Firefox to and what is the path of your portableapps menu?

What do you mean by path?

Its on my usb, if that helps...... :S
Where is it on your usb stick?
Mine for example is in the standard path:
Menu: X:/PortableApps/PortableApps.com/PortableAppsPlatform.exe
Firefox: X:/PortableApps/FirefoxPortable/FirefoxPortable.exe
where X is my driveletter.
If you installed the menu into the standard location it suggests during the installation, your etup should look similar.
You dont need to be super good at computer talk, we will get this thing sorted no matter what and you will hopefully learn something in the process.

mine is the same, but there is no firefox portable.
i installed it again, but its still not showing up!!

Where do you install firefox to?
If it is not there, you must have installed it into the wrong place. Maybe on your local hard drive instead?
If you run the firefox portable installer again, what installation path does it display?

It doesnt display an installation path
ill look in my hard drive as well
If you run the installer (FirefoxPortable_17.0.1_English.paf), it will first display a welcome screen and, after you click "next", it will display a destination folder.
What is the path it displays in that filed?
