Unfortunately, I have searched in vain for the program PicPick in the platform via Apps-> Get more Apps ... -> Recently Updated. Also about the link http://sourceforge.net/projects/portableapps/files/ I could not find the program PicPick. Is there a special reason for this disappearing of PicPick?

It's a packaged freeware app, so it can't be hosted on SourceForge. It's hosted on our paid Rackspace account which you can not browse (directory browsing is purposely turned off). It's in the updater database correctly (I'm looking at it in the platform app store right now) as being last updated on 11/26. Why are you expecting it to show up in recently updated for you if you already have it installed?

The reason for me to expect it on the above mentioned link is the fact, that about this link I can get an additional information regarding the number of downloads.
Regarding the appearance of a program in the Portable App Directory I have overlooked, that such a program will only be listed, if it is not already installed in the platform.
It is present in the updater/app store database and correctly shows up in all 4 views of the platform. The only reason for it not to appear is if you already have some PicPickPortable directory in your PortableApps directory. If you check, you'll likely find that it is there.
We don't have automatically updated publicly-accessible stats for freeware apps at present. I manually compile them every few months to update the download numbers. I can let you know when I have them again. We'll have auto-updated public ones at some point in the future. Sadly, there is no pre-build Drupal module we can use at present, so something custom has to be built.
