You can use Thunderbird Portable with the Webmail extension. It does the same thing as YPOPs but without having to start a sep program.

ive tried it and so far i haven't been able to get it to work, i keep getting a message about "Bad Vibes"...but i haven't found anything about how to fix it yet...
I am trying to locate that extention but cant find it...can you point me in the right direction?...thx
