We won't put them in one large file as the same day we released it, some of the apps would be outdated and we'd be wasting people's bandwidth. That's why we moved away from the pre-packaged suite and to the build-your-own model we have now where you can pick and choose whatever apps you want.
We're adding back in some pre-defined suites that will be downloaded together shortly. One option will let you get everything. And we're adding in the ability to agree to all the EULAs up front before you download so you don't have to babysit it.
Until then, you can right-click in the app store and select Check All and then click Next to get everything. Each EULA comes up as the app installs, so you will need to stick around for it.
