An app I would like to see made portable is some sort of app that registers the current computer's printers to Google Cloud Print, and then de-registers them afterwards. I have done a search and all I could find were discussions on Chrome, Chromium and PAM updates.

As it would require admin rights, there's not much advantage to it over installing it locally.

Does it need admin rights? The reason I want this is because at School we have printers around the building but sometimes I want to print from my Transformer (given to us by the school for use in class / at breaktimes / at home) but can't because Google / ASUS haven't implemented a network-printer connection into Android, and there's no apps that let you do that without having to know the IP address of the printer.
Windows requires admin rights to add a printer
