I need a video converter, that converts my videos recorded with my AVerMedia C281 Game Capture HD, which records in .avi but I need to open it with Sony Vegas 11 Pro, so basically I need a Portable Video Converter to put on my external hard drive, to convert .avi to .mp4 or .wmv but keep it at 60FPS.
When I used Ultimate Video Converter Portable and WonTube, but neither of them go above 30FPS.

I agree with horusofoz about XMedia Recode.
While it may seem to have a lot of options and settings available to make a conversion, it can be run without messing with them. It affords a level of control that isn't seen in most other software.
I have never tried the exact situation you describe, but you should give it a try.
