There are numerous LAN messenger apps around the place, including a few on Sourceforge I was trying to decide between doing. Is there one in particular you are talking about?

u don't nessisarily have to go with the one i provided u can choose what one u like most but reply here first about the one u choose because i want to try it as well so i can see if i would get the portable version when made

Well, that file has the exact same name as the file I have sitting on my portable hard drive, so we'll assume it is the same app.
I've got a busy week planned, so if I haven't put up a dev test by next Tuesday reply here to remind me about it.

Any issues let me know. Probably the most involved app I have made portable that hasn't required custom code, but as far as I have tested it all works as it should, including language switching and never being able to set it to start with Windows.
any bugs i find will be reported either here or the dev test page
