PA Directory Download Path

HI folks

PA Directory downloads all Apps to C:\Users\{user}\AppData\Local\Temp\

Is there any way to change the download path to the usb-harddisk where PA is running ?

Note that when available, it will slow down an average USB drive quite a bit causing Firefox or other apps to lag noticeably.
