If you run the installer manually (not within the platform), you can select to remove all dictionaries except English and whatever language you have the installer in.

you mean download from LO official web page or from https://portableapps.com/apps/office/libreoffice_portable
The portable version is hosted on LO's servers. If you download the portable from there or here you get exactly the same thing.

thx... so Portable Platform just install LO with default settings (I mean dict).. click next, next, next... during installation...
The platform will install all apps with the defaults specified by the app. Soon, you'll be able to pick whether to install extra languages or not in the platform for all app installers and have all apps you install automatically respect that choice.
