This program is failed to run under Windows 7.
Win32DiskImager requires administrator privilege, which needs unavoidable user confirmation because of the UAC system of Win7. When executing Win32DiskImager.exe manually, a confirmation box is shown by system, but when executing from win32diskimagerPortable.exe, the system won't show the confirmation box, but fails to execute instead.
The launcher likely needs to be set to RunAsAdmin=compile-force in the launcher INI and then recompiled.

It says still side-by-side-configuration is invalid...
I don't know how to fix this error, unfortunately. However, please do feel to contribute to the repository if you have found a solution.
