I used Wise Disk Cleaner Portable 7.75 on two PC's and on one it found no junk files created by applications (Useless Files in Computer > Windows System > Junk Files Created by Applications) on the other it found 1 junk file. When I tried with Wise Disk Cleaner install (and even Wise Care 365 cleaning utility) it found hundreds of junk files created by applications. So I think this might be some mistyped path thing or something in the Wise Disk Cleaner Portable build. Can someone with more technical knowledge sort this out?
Wise Cleaner makes their own portable build. We just package it up as a PA.c Format file. Please try their portable build to verify it has the same issue.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
I tried their portable build (same version - 7.75.541) and it works just fine... just the PA build is having issues. Could it be, that something went wrong when packaging in PA.c format?
What settings are you using and what, specifically, is it finding vs not. It works the same on my Win7 PC with their portable or ours.

I'm seeing the same results on Win XP SP3.
Our package picks up nothing for Useless Files In Computer->Windows System->Junk Files Created by Applications, while their portable package picks up 1600+ entries.
Settings are default except I deselected all except that category.
I hope I will make myself clear enough this time:
I'm using the application with default setting straight "out of the box" and it doesn't find any files under "Common Cleaner" tab > "Useless Files in Computer" > "Windows System" > "Junk Files Created by Applications".
I tried it on two computers, running Windows XP SP3. On one it found no files on the other there was 1 file. Wise's original portable build found hundreds of files in that category.
I tried "reinstalling" the PA Wise Disk Cleaner several times.
I tried copying Wise's Disk Cleaner portable build to
..\PortableApps\WiseDiskCleanerPortable\App\WiseDiskCleaner folder, overwriting the files there, but it didn't help.
I tried running the program straight from
..\PortableApps\WiseDiskCleanerPortable\App\WiseDiskCleaner folder, by double-clicking on WiseDiskCleaner.exe - it works now!
Trying to run it through WiseDiskCleanerPortable.exe - it doesnt :S (I mean, it does, but doesn't find the files stated above)
So definitely there is something wrong with the PA launcher!
