I have look for CubicExplorer which does not have this feature. But freecommander has. Thank you!

I enabled last access date function ( http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc959914.aspx ), (I restart the system) but FreeCommander still can't change the last access date of any file. Now Windows Explorer shows me last update dates true (until I enable it from registry). I try to open FreeCommander as admin but it did not solve the problem.
