I'll be honest when I say that I have no clue what the application does, but it's pretty easy to translate the "how to make portable" instructions to PA.c format. I'll give it a shot. If I can't do it, or I don't end up having the time, I'll say so here. Otherwise, expect a link sometime this week. Though when I say that, I do it within a day because I see it as a challenge, so take it as you will.
