hi. why the latest version of skype is not made portable ? the latest version of skype is Skype 6.3.32.105 while the portable one in this site is 6.3.0.135

In Skype versioning, the 3rd number is used to identify how you got Skype. I know, it's kind of weird, but we didn't pick it. So, you'll get a different version with Firefox than with Chrome. 6.3.0.135 is the latest version. 6.3.32.105 is the version before that but downloaded with a different browser.

They are showing whatever they happened to download based on whatever browser they used. It's the exact same thing regardless of the 3rd version number.
