Your portable version is not compliant to the PortableApps.com Format Specification and even if it were, it would still need to address the registry item that you have explicitly listed. If you would like someone to make an up-to-spec PA.c version to be tested, please specify that either in the original post or in a comment.
as this is in the request apps forum, I'd take it to be a request to bring it up to our standards...
...I now feel a tad stupid. This is what school does to people: miss the obvious...
I assumed that their request was a flat "add to the platform" since it appears to be from the creators.
Well, I din't read specifications before.
I will try to make the App according to the specs.
