possiblity of a LocalCooling Portable

LocalCooling is no longer supported by orig. dev but it is freeware not sure if license still applies because it is no longer being supported by original dev

it is a power manager modification and monitoring program

if not possible just tell me

also it requires no admin privilages or registration to use

link i found on softpedia...
http://www.softpedia.com/progDownload/Local-Cooling-Download-59949.html

if anyone wants to make it portable please do

i have successfully installed it on my usb and use it on any computer i use

but that isn't fully portable because i am not sure if it really keeps the settings....
...the way i currently have it installed

Links?

Since it's currently unsupported, is there a particular website or link that provides the most recent version?

FWIW

I found it listed in many sights such as http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/System-Miscellaneous/Local-Cooling.s... when I try to access the developers site get 404 error saying site does not exist Also download is MSI although the link on site says EXE

app is version 2

And i believe it should be in msi cause that what i have but we will know more later today when i have time to post link but ur link looks like mine

I said in original post that the dev no longer supports it so ur error looks to be acceptable condering the dev no longer hosts it or supports it
They are too busy with new products but app does still work like it is supposed to

i'm not wierd, i'm just different

if anyone wants to see what it uses

just ask and i will post it there are too many changes so i am not sure what the app actually uses so i may use JauntePE to make it portable for myself until it can be made portable officially if it is possible

but u can always do ur own regshot and see for urself because i am not sure where the app install changes actually makes

but if it is possible to make it part of the platform that would be awesome

i'm not wierd, i'm just different
