There isn't an option in the Options window for it yet, but you can edit the INI while the platform is closed to turn it off:
https://portableapps.com/support/portable_apps_suite#advanced
Out of curiosity, why are you turning it off? autorun.inf files shouldn't generally be modified anymore except to occasionally rename the drive or change its icon.
