How to covert PA from English to another language?

Hello friends!

How would one go about converting a PortableApps install from English to whatever desired language using the translations provided here? I need plain language, easy to follow steps. I would like to create a Portable apps USB key in Spanish and Russian; any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated!

Already Done

The PortableApps.com Platform has 57 languages built-in, including Russian, Spanish and Spanish International. Just click Options to change the language. All the major apps are similarly available in Russian, Spanish and Spanish International and will automatically switch languages based on the platform's language (or install the appropriate language when installed from the app store in the case of single-language apps like Firefox and Thunderbird).

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
