Hi All,
I try to use the flash pluging with FF portable 20.0.
Version 10.1.102.164 works flawlessly except that it is outdated.
Version 11.6.602.180 lags terribly and is unusable.
I install the plugins manually by copying the NPSWF32.dll to the portable apps folder.
What's wrong with it?

Have you tried the none-portable version?
I had the same problem.
Don't copy only the NPSWF32.dll, copy all the files that flash is putting in your plugin directory, there is one .xpt file 3 .exe one .cfg and the .dll

thanks for your advices.
FF 20 is not installed on my machine, onlye IE8.
I copied all the files from a running FF 20 on another computer from c:/windows/system32/macromed/flash to c:/portableapps/firefoxportable/data/plugins
No luck it still lags...
