Not sure if there's anything that can be done about it from our end, but there's a spelling error on the following page - "property" is missing the t in customusb's blurb about themselves.

Also, the link ("Learn more and buy today")in the yellow heading points to the PA Companion, not the Carbide. I want to see this thing.

Every time I've visited through that link, and it shows the drive right up front.
Wow - It must be my end then. I'm having the opposite effect where I get the PA Companion site every time.

The old companion site was taken down over 12 hours ago. None of the files for it are even there. So, there's something up on your end. Have you tried clearing your cache?

Clearing the cache worked. I just don't run into that problem very much. You take it for granted and you expect it to work.
