Hi,
I can not use IE10 (both 32 and 64) on Windows 7 or Windows 8 when DM2 Portable is running. I have try in on two different machines.
I check the Windows log manager. It logs this error when I start IE:

Did you try the base app outside of our portable wrapper? It works fine here on IE10 on my Windows 7 x64 box. It could be that you have some other plugin in IE causing it not to work. I'd just add it to the Exception section within Settings to exclude it in that case.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
I dont have any plugin installed on IE. But I try to open IE without extension mode, also I disable antivirus and windows defender but it does not solve my problem.
I did not try yet the non-portable version of DM2.
It is very interesting to have the same problem in two different machines with two different operation system Win8 and Win7.
Note: sorry for my english but I did not understand what you mean with "portable wrapper".
