I saw somewhere on this forum someone posted a PortableWackget. I'm using it with my Firefox Flashgot extension. The problem is, whenever the drive letter of my usb pendrive (For instance, if i have on my computer H: and on another computer is F:) i have to reconfigure Flashgot for loading Wackget, and then tell wackget what my download folder is (which i always want to be a Temp folder on my USB pendrive).
Also, sometimes WackGet won't resume downloads, but i'm assuming that the problem is the same as above.
I's there any solution to this?
UPDATE: i've also noticed that my configurations on wackget are reset, maybe it isn't portable...can anyone confirm that?
The problem is that Flashgot doesn't save relative directories. It's a shame as it would be a very nice thing to use with Portable WackGet.
As for Portable WackGet not saving the configuration, that's very strange. Did you change the settings folder in the INI file? It saves the settings from the registry when WackGet is closed so I'm not really quite sure what the problem is. As for resuming downloads, would that have to do with the drive letter changing? Maybe WackGet uses absolute directories as well.
Another very nice option is the DownThemAll extension.

I use this extention for FF.
I like the resume, reorder features, etc. Works great.

Yes, i've tried DTA but i found one issue, and i don't want it to happen again: I was downloading 2 files, they were just about 20%-30% finished, but then i paused the transfers, and moved to another computer to test it's resume capabilities. first, they wouldn't resume, then, when i got back to my computer (where i first tried to download the files) i found out they were removed from the queue.
Also, My folder tree is something like this (Drive letter example U:):
U:
---/Temp
--------/Downloads
---/APPS
--------/PortableWackGet
Could this structure have anything to do with wackget not saving the settings?
i mean i don't know much of relative paths but, i think this could be a problem with it...

I just found out that PortableWackGet does allow relative paths...so i configured it this way:
..\..\Temporal\Downloads
and it works. Now i have to find a way so that firefox uses wackget instead of it's download manager...for now, just drag and drop, or right click-->copy url location, or DTA...

I think there is a lil sometin missing in translation.

But I think it should sound a lil more like:

Methinks you neglect to consider the idiomatic, syntactical and language structure of another language than your own native tongue.
The quote as published essentially DOES say what you proposed, but Spanish has a different syntactical structure than English. The literal English translation of what he said is roughly:
"The important is not to stop doing making questions"
but the meaning is equivalent to your propositions.
For example, the phrase "I believe so" is translated into Spanish as
"Claro que si"
(literally, "I believe that yes")
Long story short:
Meanings can be equivalent without sentence structure being identical.

Nice sig
Can you cut the = down to say 4 or 2 please? It widens the page on deep topics.

That ain't no sig.
Rather, it's a humorous quote I related to underscore the point I was trying to make...
Thx, tho...

Still, it would make a nice sig *hint hint*
