Though 3.7.1.1 is on the homepage, the download page says this (while still linking to 3.7.1) as the main download:
"To download the latest prerelease version (currently 3.7.1.1), go to the download page for unstable releases."
I thought PAF didn't do unstable releases generally (with the exception of the browsers)?
Stable
It's stable. They announced it. There are actually no changes to FileZilla itself. It's a version bump for the new SourceForge/Ask.com monetized installer for the local version.
