Since FF asks to download an update to 22 in my Spanish.International portable , I cancel the update, and go to the FF Portable page to download a fresh copy, I go to the Other Languages, and then it goes to the Beta FF23.
Looking for answers, there is in the FAQ that it is "ok to let firefox update itself".
So, It is advisable that in the absence of Spanish.International version 22 to just update it? Or have more patience while the 22 version is published?

The page showing up was incorrect. If you click on Other Languages from the Firefox Portable page you'll now see the proper Localizations page including 22.0 in Spanish International. Sorry about the mixup.
