Works Fine

It works fine here in every browser including Chrome Portable. So it is not a bug in the base portable app. It's something specific on your end. Possibly a firewall or antivirus.

In the future, please do not classify things as [Bug] until it is verified as one.

John

Don't dismiss my report just in hand.
I check it for long time, in several computer!!!
Including windows xp, windows 7 and windows 8. It all the same.
In the first place, I tough it a bug in chrome itself, but I install an original chrome just to be sure and it not appear there. and the result shock me at well, because it not seems logic. but it happen only at portable version!
When you go to this site:
On chrome portable version only!!!
http://www.online-stopwatch.com/
The step watch is in the left side. I can send you a screen shot.
Please check it with other people, and not just on VM.

don't think I just see a bug and report it immediately!!, I spend time and do a investigate before.

So look at this again, maybe it affect other site I don't know.

Didn't Mean Closed, Works Fine

Sorry, I meant to just remove [Bug] from your topic, not change it to Closed. Force of habit.

I double-checked it on Windows XP, Vista, 7 and 8 and Google Chrome Portable 28.0.1500.71 renders that site properly on all of them. The stopwatch is centered. It could be the language your copy of Windows is in and reports via local Chrome vs what is reports by portable Chrome, a firewall issue blocking certain elements of the site, etc. Either way, it's not an issue with our bits. It's a minor rendering error on a single site.

I am using

I am using windows only at English version.
and only windows firewall.
I don't know what to say to you, and only send you a screen shot if you like, because it not only at my computer. other computer with several windows versions.
maybe it only at a single site, because i didn't see the anomalous on other sites.
I agree it a minor, but if other people can see it, maybe it worth to check it again.

Just You

It's something specific to your setup somehow. I don't know how. But I've verified it does not occur on multiple computers and every Windows OS.
